What are the preferred cover configurations for:

Ares (Dark Avengers)
Cap'n America (Modern)
Wolverine (A X-Men)
Magneto (Marvel Now)

I've got all the covers for Ares, but haven't leveled him up, much. I should probably push him to the top of my roster, but don't know what's good....

Also, WRT the new Team-Ups: Normally I cannot use a Team-Up that matches a character in my Team, yet I was attacked using CMag's ability via Team-Up, after I had killed the Cmag opposing me. What was up with that?

Search 5deadlybanes , PRIVATE alliance and click on my ign. U'll see my roster. All my 2 star heroes are built correctly , I.e optimum.

When u attack, the defending team can use any team-up that is in his 'storage' , it's completely random which team-up is picked from his storage.

3/5/5 for Marvel NOW Magneto is the most optimal. Although the destruction and damage of the blue increases as you level it up, so does the the countdown timer. Having to wait 4 turns for it to blow up is a bit too long to possibly be any good. 5 Red because at maxed, it is bound to a 1 turn Countdown tile so it will go off during your next turn (Unless you have a Countdown acceleration like The Hood), and deal a decent amount of damage. Not the best for its cost, but decent. 5 Purple is a no brainer as it is the single best Blue generation ability in the game.

4/4/5 for Ares because the 5th levels in the Green and Red are not worth it. Green is reduced down to 5 minimum cost. Most of the time, you would activate at a minimum of 6 anyway. So having it at 5 would not make a difference. This is unless want to combine him with another low cost Green user like 2* Wolvie or Ragnarok and want the AI to lean in favor of using it more often. So in that case, drop his Red down to 3. His Red at 4 because the 5th cover only changes the double damage threshold from 25% and below to 30% and below. It is too situation to be worth it.

Captain America (Both 2* and 3*) 3/5/5. His Yellow is too expensive and would be rarely cast. 5 in Red and Blue so that they are able to overwrite any tile of your choice with its Countdown tile, which is the main perk of Captain America and his strength in Goon Fights.

5/5/3 for Wolvie because 5 in Green and Red to maximize his damage potential. Yellow is situational and putting too many covers in it would just be making him lose too much damage.

One more thing, MN Mags' red is an AP generator too. It's a must have at 5.

Vacation is over and beside relaxing at the beach (as far as u can when your little girl is exploring the world )
I managed to get my first 3* maxed, and its .... Patch, a great help chasing all the covers.

So, while i am allianceless at the moment, i would be glad to hear from the banes when there is a spot free, 650 is no problem.

I have a guy who is not communicating and if he is not going to put in scores for thor PvP with 3 hrs on the clock, I will remove him temporarily.
