Waiting player always go first

I have question. Is it intentional that the player who is waiting for oponent on test server always plays first in game than? I thought that is random. Actually on live server it is random, isnt it? I remember games when I have been waiting for a long time and than gone second.

Is it same in custom matches? The creator go first? Bcs it will change tournament system a lot when you can tech deck for going first or going second even in first game of match.

so far I heard it is intended.
on custom match, it would help 2 player who playing bo3 to determine who goin to play first.

...u r right maskee, its fully random on Live, however on Test whoever creates custom game goes first

Mmm ok... so lets test to make best "going second deck" and always wait till someone shows up waiting for game :-)

Btw, how you chose who goes firts in those BO3 tournament in test server? Bcs if I know that I have 2 games going first I can make deck for it... there is some no-deck lock tournamets, its bit unfair...

...in test server tournaments you use 'coin-flip' to decide who goes first/second (i.e.-who will create the game), cannot recall how its done exactly, but i'm pretty sure someone can post it here

Coin-flip of course... but who is the "coin-flipper" :-) There is a small chance for cheating, I know I know fair play etc... but even the best on planet cheats (Lance Armstrong,...).

To flip we always use a bot or a neutral person.

Bots usually do the trick. You should look for Majiya, Platypusdoll or Kyltbot on main IRC channel. Also if you see me or Nik (ETC Vales) on IRC we can load them quickly if there is none.
