SIGNUPS ARE CLOSED (nearly)

I will post pairings for Swiss tournaments very soon. I will just give the chance to countries without 3 participants to fullfill a team while other ones are playing Swiss.

Signups will proceed with first come, first served policy:
- max 3 players per team, I won't start other qualifying tournaments
- max 16 teams, we now have 13
- max 15 days to signup

Thanks to all players showing interest in the tournament so far from all over the world. Let's keep avoiding faking nationalities

... maybe we can get last 3 teams for a great 16-teams final round.

Team Russia is in, still 2 more spots open for other countries, there's one more week to fill them!

Technically I'm not French.... but I did live there for a while and I speak semi-fluently! And I have an EU passport so I'm almost a citizen

I would happily fill in for them to try and get a team of 3 players (if the TO allows it of course ^^ )
