Show card name in place of placeholder image

This is how it was during PFG, and it looked ugly as hell. Unfortunately I decided in favor of it looking better in youtube videos and screenshots over usability, but as a concession added the mouseovers so you can more easily read the card text when needed, as well as supporting a larger game size in the web version. The art is starting to flow in now, but I can take a look at the placeholder design again and tweak it further for the next update...

I was going to mention this as well, but I wasn't sure if it was okay to mention too much PFG stuff. But yes, the card name itself was used on the artwork during the PFG, and ironically, many people complained about it being hard to tell what cards where then too. While obviously I want to see new artworks, I personally don't have much problem when it comes to telling what cards are, as that mouseover feature is really handy.
