    There seem to be many cases of this. You would think that it would be cheaper to pack things properly than to have to replace people's cards and send again. This whole physical card distribution thing is mind boggling. How can a company be so negligent?

    Like i have said any many other threads, I bought 8 separate orders during the COTC release and didnt buy any for the DP because i knew i was getting 8 boxes of the DP Boosters + Sleeves + My Playmat, but as soon as i get it ive got 2 options; Sell it or use it for a fire starter. Once i finally get the DP stuff i am officially done with this game and will never look back.

    It is genuinely heartbreaking for us to see how our product was shipped, and I completely agree that it is an absolute disgrace to receive an expensive product in this condition.

    But, while venting on the forums might make you feel better, honestly we don't need a new thread every time somebody gets a damaged product. This is not as widespread issue as it seems, as to date we have only had 5 reports of damage out of hundreds of shipments.

    The distributor has already addressed this issue and is shipping future orders properly. Customers who receive damaged products from shipping should email sales@wulven.com so that we can work with you to make things right.
