DP cards - Poor Condition on Receipt

I've just gotten my hands on a package from the UK and here's a couple of pictures. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1391990313.198351.jpg

No proper packaging or protection and here's what the cards look like after I had to carefully slit the envelope open. I never would have thought an envelope would be used to house a complete playset. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1391990560.480823.jpg

I'm truly aghast and shocked to see my goods in the worst condition possible. Kyle, I had expected to see the cards in sealed and mint condition, and instead I see a product that can't live up to its USD300 price tag. This is an utter disgrace.

Its shocking, Colly. I can bear the wait but to see this kind of end-product is just disappointing.

Wulven should address this kinds of situation if it hopes to have the SF physicals to be sold.

It is disappointing to see a 300 USD card set in poor packaging condition. It is quite negligent of them really.

A little bit of diligence goes a long way in keeping your customers happy, WULVEN!!

Apparently in this case, an obvious LACK of it!!
