can someone just tell me what are millstalker characteristics? Im thinking bout using ms for this, but i dont really know what millstalker deck actually looks like

If you have mostly allies in your moonstalker then it's not millstalker. Millstalker uses rain delay, lone wolf, furion terror, and more to delay the game and mill your cards.

If your strategy is based only on stalling with rain delay, Crescendo, full moon and stealth together, healing with LW and waiting to mill the opponent until he is out of cards, then you play a millstalker, which is banned!!!
