i am really interested at this topic as i cant get this scrouge so i need to replace it in my decks ... i was asking my self shall i replace it with lln or brutal minotaur so in other words , we have it for its ability or for great attack and hp .. i would really like to discuss this here

I think it can often be replaced with maxing out on SK and going for a few more 3 drops, like Death Collector.

I'll tell you my personal experience with the card, the opposing player casts it (when not using portal) when I am already in a terrible position in the game.
Usually players are very sensitive towards legendary allies, they use them when they are in total, or better yet good control. So, it's practically not required to cast a unique 6cc ally. In such a situation I'll want to cast to 2 3cc allies instead. And you are just adding up to my argument.

lol.. scrouge is best in portal mage and MS , when i replace i with an ally i prefer brutal in poratl and i prefer ogloth in MS ..
