I think some DP orders have gone out already. My big order is waiting on the CotC part to be in stock - I can't speak for other people.

I'm told the CotC is on track to arrive this week though.

Note this is only with regards the EU/Asia distributor and not US/Canada. I don't know any details about the latter.

I ordered on 11/21/2013 with my bonus codes and I just checked the store and it still says "processing".
So are the DP pre-orders going out before the COTC bonus orders as I feared (not fair; we've been waiting longer, but the way we had to manually enter our codes, yes, I was afraid that the distributors would see the DP orders as coming in first and my order now will be processed at the end of all DP orders since the distributor got DP orders early 2013 and mine (along with every other COTC customer) will be farther down on the list).
Also, I ordered all DP products, so nothing COTC related would be holding up my order.
Whatever.

I tried to get back into the game online and with Ter Adun still blowing up his stuff, I'm kind of over it.
I have one friend to play with in real life; I'll probably just stick to that with DP and move on.

Guys the problem is obvious. Wulven can't target the distributor because they have a Selfishness attached.

My cards are finally going to ship now that so much frustrating time has passed and left me bitter towards this game.
No longer even have interest in this game.
