Since this was originally created by Pandevmonium, I will paraphrase his explanation ...

Note that login details and stored decks are different to previous incarnations of the site. (This one is starting from a brand new database.)

It's pretty stable and certainly usable, but any bug you will find or any suggestion you want to make will help this site getting better, so please post below.

Current known problems:
- it's slow and steady **at first**, too many pictures to load ... so don't worry if error messages come before page is fully loaded by the browser;
- card list doesn't look nice on Internt Explorer.

How does login works?
Like SE client. If you log in with a new nickname it will register you; then next time you'll log in, you will have to match chosen password. If you forget your password there's no way to reset it at the moment, in case that happens just create another account.
Logged users can save up to 10 decks into the website. You cannot remove them once they're saved, so once you're out of free slots simply overwrite one.

That was a special promo card available to those who did the Dark Prophecies physical preorder. Not sure why it would be in the deck builder, as technically you can't put it in a deck, as that "restricted" tag makes it illegal for any regular games.
