Why did they include this in SF?

SF, which i ahve going over and over its list, has a hugh variance and wide vast option of complex strategy.
But there is one mechanic i am afraid of....which is massive discarding.. and not the regular one,...

SE tired as much to avoid Millstalker decks, because it makes the game extremely boring
Also it tried to avoid much card discarding from hand, because this strategy cant be countered..Though serena now, has some cards aiding this discarding, but i think it is still controlled, and we will see in beta testing.

But the thing i am afraid of, is the deck discarding....The extreme one, that makes it the way to win, and cant be countered and makes game boring as well as the above 2 strategies, SE tried to minimize

So there is a new elemental hero called Praxix and even worse he has access to Shadow font, interference, shadow vein and other cards to boost his SE
His effect >> 4SE: All players discard 3 cards from their decks. Target opposing ally takes X damage, where X was the number of allies discarded, to a maximum of 4.
So lets collect other cards that can discard with that

1) his ability (aided by Shadow font, interference, shadow vein and others) : discard 3 cards
2) Reverberate: Duration 3. At the end of each turn where at least one card was discarded from your deck, each opposing hero discards 2
3) Harbinger of the Lost: when he enter battle field each player discard a card (a 4x auto include with recycling back to deck by many ways)
4) Scythe of fate: price of 3: each player discard a card
5) Temporal disturbance: each hero discard a card per turn if they had SE
6) Scythe of fate: price of 3: each player discard a card
7) Dark Revelations: for 3 tunrs at cost of 2 SE, opponent hero can discard a card
8) Bazaar and Bad Santa: to increase draw to increase effect of burning your deck

So basically discard, discard discard, how will be able to oppose this, given already controlling cards elemental have to stall, like rain delay, Armor of ages, energy discharge, Mindcontrol, and others !!!!!!

Keep in mind that, with the exception of Reverberate, Praxix is milling himself as well. So, at least at the beginning, a lot of players are probably going to do more harm to themselves than to you until they learn to build proper decks that work around his ability. And if they try to fit in every card you mentioned, they are going to have a very large and inconsistent deck.

He is not easy to kill with Evil ascendant, rain delay, Armor of ages, energy discharge, Mindcontrol, and others

And once your deck is nearly all in graveyard he will play Eternal renewal
