Wulven time even for CotC ?

I ordered CotC booster boxes on 2nd December 2013

Cuz I don't think DP will ship out in time (4th est)


on 20 th I contact Wulven Logistic Manager

he said
he will ship them next week !!!


WTF Man you already have CotC Booster boxes in stock.


Today I just mail him again asked that
did he already ship them



"Hi Milo - no they have not shipped. Our distribution center is closed for New Years so it should ship early next week. Sorry for the inconvenience."

Hi Milo, you already have your answer, but if you're looking for a public explanation here it is:

1. With the CotC preorder gift certificates sent out, we have thousands of orders to process
2. We're also tackling the DP rollout and getting the new distribution centers set up
3. It's the xmas season and our old US distributor is very slow to ship the orders we send to them

I know that's a poor excuse and I'm very sorry that you haven't received your order yet, but that's the reality we're facing right now. We're hoping that everything will be up and running in the next few weeks and we can go back to our normal processing times!

I pre-ordered a DP booster box on 03/22/2013 and I have yet to receive it. Outraged, I asked then had to demand a refund, now I am being ignored by Kyle Poole who gave me this email:

"Hello Johnathon, the preorders of Dark Prophecies in North America have now begun shipping, but there are thousands of orders to fulfill so it can take quite some time. I checked your account though, and it looks like you already spent the 4500 bonus shadow crystals that you got with your order. As per our policy, you'll have to bring your account balance back up to 4500 so we can take it away and refund your purchase, or alternatively we can delete your account. Please let me know what you would like to do.

I replied letting them know I wanted my account deleted for a refund and now its been 10 days and still no response or refund in my Paypal account! Wulven has horrible practices and everyone should know.

You need to have enough crystals for wulven to deduct, I.e, they need to take back the 4500 crystals. So, simply purchase crystals to top up to 4500 crystals and wulven can refund you.

Did you not read the e-mail sent to me from Kyle?

EDIT: I also spent around $20 for crystals and I don't even want that money back from account deletion.

what I can suggest you is
keep resend mail to
sale@wulven.com

When I have a problem I must resend about 6 times / month
till it is resolved
