    OMG... 3 weeks have passed since my pledge and I haven't gotten any crystals lol

    Yeah. So now the akward part, I received my 1,000 crystals from my $10 pledge, but still no sign of the crystals from the first pledge. haha

    Can some of moderators tell us what's the issue here (if is it known) pls? Or if Wulven is aware of this at least?

    So there's nothing we can do... I already inquired the Wulven staff via message and there is still no decent reply from them except some copy+paste stuff. I'm really disappointed. I even told them that I have proof of my paypal pledge and they are saying is just to wait. What is wrong with them? Why are they taking customers so lightly? Now I'm having the feeling that my $20 have been stolen by them...

    If you're having issues the only thing I know to do is to send an email to sales@wulven.com explaining the problem. I have no part in this process so I can't really tell you what's going on. But it has been the holidays lately, which are now coming to a close, so hopefully things will speed back up again in that department.

    @maven: did they tell you, you didn't pledge or what exactly?

    Well I have officially exhausted all of my resources. I have contacted sales, support, and Kyle himself. Hopefully I will hear something from someone soon.
