5 wins is a lot. Would you consider going for 3 instead?

It is a lot but the idea is to really learn to play a hero and build a deck/decks for it. If I would have gone with 3 games I would have been done after 18 games with Eladwen.
Ok, but, I'll hate to see you burn out when you roll up a Logan and go 400 games without winning 5.
Best of luck though, I'll keep an eye on this thread.
Awesome idea, good execution, nice statistics. I like. Keep us up to date.

What about going for a 4 win streak?
I like 5 but if I start to despair I might go down to 4.
I just had a round 5 loss against Eladwen btw, something I only managed to perform once myself in those 121 games.
I really enjoyed playing Lance and it worked out pretty well. Already in the ninth game I was very close to finish it but Boris made a good comeback. Many strange situations occurred during the Lance challenge.
First I was at two wins and faced a Millstalker. It was a close and annoying game but it looked pretty well since I had two Stop Thief! on my starting hand. After a while my opponent told me his daughter needed attention and offered me a draw. As a father I accepted but this challenge sat as a little demon on my shoulder urging me to say "Don't play Millstalker if you are a parent" and decline. I wasn't sure how to treat the result as I have already decided that draws counts as losses in this experiment. Fortunately I lost the next game.
Then I had a disconnect after three won games. I decided that had to be counted as a loss as well - a good player should keep a good connection.
Then I was playing a fun and long game against Nerull7 playing Victor. He had the upper hand but I managed to stay in the game and then get enough attack to finish him but my kids where messing around and I didn't do the math so I started beating on his allies instead to survive another round. I was at two life and he equipped a Soulseeker only to concede the game because "it was mine and I deserved the win". A very gentle gesture but I wasn't sure how to treat that "victory". Fortunately again I lost a game before I reached five wins.
I was hoping to finish it before the ratings reset (had 4 win streak several times) but didn't manage to. After the reset the quality of the games didn't change much actually but I got my five games win streak now this morning after a total of 47 games. Some statistics:
TOTAL: 30-1-16
Boris 1-0-2
Amber 3-0-0
Victor 2-0-1
Gwen 2-0-0
Nishaven 1-0-0
Eldawen 5-0-2
Jericho 1-0-0
Lance 0-0-3 (pretty embarrassing, I know)
Serena 1-0-1
Banebow 2-0-0
Baduruu 3-0-0
Gravebone 5-0-1
Darkclaw 3-0-1
Moonstalker 0-1-0
Zaladar 1-0-5 (the hardest match-up I faced)
I started at rating 271 and ended at 257 (which is kind of uninteresting because of the ratings reset).
The deck I a played the last couple of games is very close to the one I started out with. I had a pretty focused idea of what kind of deck I wanted to build and I changed maybe a total of five cards during this session. Here is the final version:
Lance Shadowstalker (40 cards)
ALLIES (20)
Jasmine Rosecult x3
Raven Wildheart x3
Aldon the Brave x2
Aeon Stormcaller x2
Nightshade x2
Rider of Ellos x2
Champion of Irum x2
Night Owl x4
ABILITIES (10)
Assassination x3
Stop, Thief! x4
Treasured Heirloom x2
A Legend Rises x1
ITEMS (9)
Ill-Gotten Gains x4
Spelleater Bands x1
Anklebreaker x4
