hello, iam new to the game and I also am having issues with getting the crystals ive earned. does wulven even respond to such issues? ive noticed its been a while since anyone has posted anything solid on how to approach this. Any help? (btw the above links in the forum do not work anymore O_O,,,least now for me)
It's not Shadow Era that deals with that but Playerize. When you log into that area where you can look at offers to earn Shadow Crystals, there is a link at the top that says "For any issues with receiving your Shadow Crystals, please click here". It will take you to your account with Playerize where you can file a claim.
This is what their site says: "To file a claim, go to the offers page and click on the "Get Help" link. You will be re-directed to player.superrewards.com. Click on the “?” help icon for the offer in question and proceed to the offer inquiry page. Enter your email address and copy/paste the confirmation email you received from the advertiser within the textbox, enter the CAPCHA letters and submit."
