This is a consistency bug with the artwork from SF spoiler card "Harbringer of the Lost".
This artwork is a blatant reference to the 3rd horse of the Apocalypse from Revelations.
"And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand." - Revelations 6:5-6
Personally, I feel the art should be changed as it's weird to mix christian mythology with shadow era history.

I instantly recognised it as Famine too (as he is commonly known despite no name given in Revelations), but I've got no real issue besides the fact I feel the art should be on something more epic than a 2 drop

PB you should post that image you found of the initial horse they based the art off of; that was crazy.

I like the art. There are other cross worlds examples like Thoughtful Investment(Jack and magic beens) or Lone Wolf
I see nothing wrong with taking inspiration from religion or folklore. If you think about it there are no pure invented worlds in works of fiction.

I did see a chess board in the new Hobbit movie, that's annoying though. I feel like worlds should be as honest and original as possible.

It looks like he's only carrying 1 balance to me, not a pair. So, Probably a different creature. Maybe less Famine and more Munchies.
