App closes on startup. Please help.

When I open the Shadow Era DP app, it closes on startup, prior to the loading or sign in screens. I see the opening priest picture for about 3 seconds then the app crashes. Does anyone else have this issue or have had it resolved?

I noticed a prior thread of the same subject that apparent corrected his issue by wiping his phone and reinstalling the app. This approach ha not worked for me.

My particulars: iPhone 4S, IOS 7.0.3, 16 GB free memory

Issue occurred when I went to purchase some shadow coins. Program crashed after typing in my Apple ID password. Since then the app crashes on the startup screen.

I have tried the following:
- restarting my phone
- hard reboot
- closing program (double tap on home, etc), uninstall program, reinstall from the AppStore
- same as above but restarting the phone prior to installation from the AppStore
- closing program, uninstalling, backing up the phone, wiping the phone, restoring from backup, and reinstalling SE fresh from the App Store.

Anyone have an idea of how to correct? I am reasonably technically competent with PCs but my knowledge of IOS workarounds and fixes is pretty low.

UPDATE

I have also tried the following with *no success* based on other web research:

- Resetting network settings
- Starting in airplane mode (although in this case a warning about requiring an internet connection pops up before the app crashes)
- Reinstalling the original Shadow Era, proving it works (although won't work with my deck), then installing Dark Prophecies
- Various combinations of installing/uninstalling with both the App Store and via iTunes with restarts in between
- Accessing through the home button/double tap at various times
- Accessing through game center
- Signing out of Game Center, restarting, and then starting Shadow Era.
- Signing out of Game Center, restarting, signing back into Game Center, then starting Shadow Era.

I do not believe there is an issue with my account as I can log in on the web and via the PC program without issue. I have not yet tried Shadow Era on my wife's iPad 2 yet.

This crashing does not occur with any other app I use.

/bump - i'm also experiencing the exact same issue on iPhone 5S. I purchased a deck and as it was connecting to the app store i lost internet connection. Now i cannot get the app to start regardless of uninstalls/restarts/airplane mode starts/etc. Please help!

Have you updated your app to v.2.030? Works fine on my iPhone 5.

I have, no luck. It worked when i installed it yesterday. It crashed after I tried to buy crystals but lost internet connection halfway through...

Version 7.0.2 (11A501)

Update: Also, cleared out 2.5Gigs of storage in case it was a memory issue. Reinstalled and still no luck...
