Stucked in "waiting for players..."

I just started a game.
Then I was stucked in the screen saying "waiting for players..." Every time when I try to cancel, it says "your game has started".
While when I search for my ign, it indeed shows the game is ongoing!
But if you click and watch, it is also stucked in the sac phase of mine...

And it is still stucked there now.

This has happened to me to a couple of times

Me tooo... some times i do succesfully "click fest" /anger cliking on cancel/ready game/cancel,ready/ and sometimes i really cancel or force to run this already started match... But maybe its only luck

yesterday i change IGN and now when i tried to play a quickmatch, a notification screen will jump out saying "Error connecting to the game server!".
I can't play the game, however, account actually entered the game.
This things kept happening both with PC and WEB versions so that i can't play any quickmatch or custom game now.

it is especially sucks because of guild tourney deadline

I think this is not because of your changing ign, it's more likely a bad server.

Another day, another time I got stucked...

There is something wrong with game server.

I mentioned this issue in an email to kyle and he insisted on it being my fault, that i had bad connection. Go figure...
