Quick Match Season 10

Congratulations to all the Season 9 players on their well-earned and hard fought victories!

Based on the feedback of players, we've implemented the following changes for Season 10:

- The formula for calculating score for a win is now (your rating/10)*(opponent's rating/10). In other words, rating has much more influence over score increases this season compared to last, as the score is based on ratings squared. Several people have requested ratings cubed, however I felt this would then place too much influence on rating and might lead to the system being exploited again.

- We will be implementing an early leavers penalty. If you leave a quick match game before it is "long enough", you will need to wait 3 minutes before doing another quick match. (this feature should be pushed live within the next 24 hours)

The changes are better specially the leave within 3 minutes rule.

Just curious will the custom games be affected by the 3 min rule?

Can I make a recommendation to not cause everyone's rating to reset to zero now that we have score?

Maybe drop anyone above 200 down to 200 instead?

Issues:
1) I've won two matches but my score is zero because my opponents rating was zero which doesn't seem completely fair.

2) I earn less gold per match until I win a few matches which is a little frustrating as well now that the ratings are resetting monthly and the new players get beat up on until the better players win a few games to bring their rating up (which isn't completely fair for the new players that really would like to be matched up with someone of similar skill.

Other than that, I like the changes.
