Incorrect password

I can't login due to an 'incorrect password'. I have tripple-checked it (and the e-mail address) and it is okay. I use the same password to login on the web page, and that is working fine.

I haven't played Shadow Era for a year or so, and the first thing I did was to reset my password, but yet there is some kind of problem.

I'm using the Dark Prohecies app on an iPad.

Any hints are welcome!

No, still get the same error message.

i have same problem to. i cant enter in game and i change password 2 times.on the website i have no problem but if i try to play on my iphone or pc,i have same message "incorrect password"

I did the same thing, changed password, but like you, it did not work. Also okay for me to login via the website though.

I'm getting email or password cannot be empty error....before today no problem...(the email and password fields are not empty).

Try copy and pasting your email address (on PC I know you can do this by highlighting an then using Ctrl+C, then paste with Ctrl+V) to see if there are any special characters that managed to find their way into your login information.

Didn't work...uninstalled...reinstalled...didn't work....logged in and played a couple games on laptop via website.....ipad still doesn't work....email or password cannot be empty is still the message. @Dem...tried pasting the email....no dice.
