Incorrect password

I can't login due to an 'incorrect password'. I have tripple-checked it (and the e-mail address) and it is okay. I use the same password to login on the web page, and that is working fine.

I haven't played Shadow Era for a year or so, and the first thing I did was to reset my password, but yet there is some kind of problem.

I'm using the Dark Prohecies app on an iPad.

Any hints are welcome!

yeah i created a new one via this website but the game just won't accept the password in my ipad. running on iOs 7. i've tried the methods involved in the other threads, from trying incessantly until successful, pressing Done instead of lowering the keyboard, and turning off auto correct and whatever auto fills there might be in the settings for my ipad. it's an ipad air.
