Yeah, what a ridiculous amount. Apparently one ticket is equal to 44 basic packs. I wonder if I can ask to convert my tickets for the silver. I have a few tickets laying around.

I've not read the whole thread, but I skim-read it.

Having one reasonably-sized free-entry tournament each day, where SC can be won, sounds like a fair compromise.

If there was only one a day, what time would it take place, since the games draws people from very different timezones?

    I'd vary the times.

Dunni, that sounds quite strange. Why not have people earn their entry and let them choose when to play entirely? That sounds more mobilefriendly to me.

If we must choose one, I prefer free ticket that can be used any time-any day. But it would be better if we have both.

Free tourney ticket that expired at the end of the day would encourage player to use it .
I never use my free ticket on MMDoC since I never satisfied on my existing deck (Played it as non-cash player for 2 months, then quit at October 2013)

The one improvement I would love to see made based on my experience playing draft in solforge, is if there was an option to play draft for the same price as constructed, and NOT keep the cards. Some people will play exclusively draft, and after a while will end up with hundreds of copies of most cards. If there is an option to buy tickets for gold, then that won't be a problem.

didn't read the entire thread. just a few questions

    does the tournament system support

option for deck locking or not
TO has ability to ban certain cards
different tourney formats (i only read about draft)

have you thought about dealing with the need to switch who goes first in game 2? i hope that gets automated as well (eg game 1 is randomized, but game 2 should automatically have the person who started 2nd in game 1 go first, and then game 3 randomized again)

Not chaos and lawlessness, but free will and self-actualization.
