Cool! Dual Wield is broken at the moment, but should be fixed next update.

The cards you mention don't stack, but you want multiple cards to make sure you draw them when you need them. Blood Frenzy is a very good card. Unfortunately I haven't played many fighter decks (or human ally decks even) yet, so I can't give you much advice.

Pretty sure you can only have one Hero Armor and one Hero Weapon on the board at a time. I mean, if it gets destroyed, you can re-cast another, but they're not stackable with themselves as far as I've seen...

Blood Frenzy works normally and cannot be stacked. All Ability cards cannot be stacked and the target can only have one on it.

As for The King's Pride, currently, there is a bug that stacks its bonus. Basically, if you play the armour again, the bonuses will be applied again to all the allies in play, that you control. It's not for the entire game though, just the allies that were already in play.
