There is no difference between the $175 and the $200 level, other than the first one is $25 cheaper and limited to the first 200 customers.
The elite membership will give you an epic avatar plus one free event ticket per day (pays for the tournament fee).

This campaign is digital only. Their plan is to do physical preordering only once the cards are ready to run off the printers, so that delivery estimates are more accurate and we don't have to wait a year between placing our order and getting our cards.

1 - Can you show us the exclusive playmats and sleeves for each pledging tier?
2 - What are the "other perks" planned for elite members? (yes I know about the 1 free tournament entry per day thing and epic avatar, but I'm almost sure some other planned perks were mentioned on the other thread?)
3 - Can we sell the playmats and sleeves to other players once the auction house goes live?
4 - What is the "Crystals Anthology digital duel decks with Loest and Rothem"? (I'm assuming some preconstructed deck with both the new legendary heroes, but some more information would be nice)
