Welcome to another series of Guild wars. We will be using the 2 Hero Draft format used in DotA 2. This will be a test Tournament format so we are doing it on an 8 guild invitational Challenge.

I. Registration

a. Invitation
- We did sent a pm to the guild leaders of the following guilds that vouch in their interest. Thankfully, we got a positive response:
In Alphabetical order:
- Alliance A1/AA1 (I would like to special mention my thanks to them as they agree to do an alliance in order to give way to more participating guild).

b. Signups:
- Each participating guild must PM me with their 6 members. Team Captain ,members list and the reserve player, In this format and order:

- Each guild MUST be represented with a responsible Guild Captain. He will be responsible for ALL decisions. Each guild consist of 5 members.

III. Phases of tournament round:

a. Pre-round discussion
- Team Captains will schedule on IRC meetup for the discussion with either me or Nikola D. We will only be the presider and conduct the hero drafting.
- Team Captains and TO will enter #thechamber to do the hero drafting.
- The mode of hero drafting were taken from DOTA 2
- for Elimination Round, Qualifying Round, Semifinal round:
i. Captain's Mode I- Captains go through an order of picking to choose their team's hero pool and remove heroes from the pool available - picking 5 heroes for their team by the end. Once each team's 5 heroes have been chosen, players can then choose which of those 5 heroes they wish to play. Team 1 and Team 2 would be decided on the IRC meetup in concensus with the 3 people (TO, 2 Captains), probably via the bots.

The order would be:

- For the finals:

b. Main Tournament format.
- Captains will now assign the heroes to members of the Team.
- after 24 hours, facilitating TO will post the matchups.
- 5v5 Team 1 Player A vs Team 2 Player A, and so forth.
-standard bo3 each player. Random start, alternate, then random again.
-single elimination
-decklock per round(bo3)
- Known game changing bugged cards are banned until they are confirmed fixed.

IV. Reserve Player and Player roster

1. The signups of Player A to Player E will be used as default lineup. Captains can PM the presiding TO WITHIN 24 hours after the pre-round discussion should they wish to interchange their Player A to E.(Presiding TO is the one who facilitated the hero drafting with you).
2. The 5 vs 5 begins. You will only have 7 days to finish all matches. All the match wins will be totalled to know who will advance to next round.
3. The winning guild advances to the next round and will be subjected to another "pre-round" discussion.
4. Reserve player may replace another player in an urgent basis, only ONCE for the WHOLE TOURNAMENT and must inform the opponent beforehand. The Player replaced will not come back into the game.The Player X will take his place.

V. Duration and Prizes

- We would like to thank Gondorian for a generous heart and soul to sponsor this tournament. Duration is estimated 10 days each round (or less I hope).

First Prize: 7,000 SC
Second Prize: 3,500 SC
3rd Prize: 1,500 SC

Asked Questions
1. Is the hero to be use by the player revealed by the TO?
- No.only player names. we could opt to submit the hero picks though.Similarly, you do not submit to us the names and their hero pick, to avoid issues.
2. Player A will always be paired with Player A and so on?
- Yes. and as stated,you have 24 hours AFTER the meetup to pm the changed rosters,after we post the matchups, no more changing of rosters.
3.Can the player that was replaced by Player X go back to play for the next round.
-Unfortunately no. Player X is only used once.
4. Did TJ came here to play?
- No. They came here to win. Others came here to have fun lol (#trollmode).
