Tracking Gear (Minor Bug)

Hi,

I have found a minor bug with Tracking Gear.

For Example:

Player A VS Player B - > And I am watching this Game

1. Player A cast Tracking Gear - > I as a viewer can see the Hand of Player B
2. Player B cast Tracking Gear - > I as a viewer can't see nothing.

Depends which One cast Tracking Gear, the Visitors can See the Hand of the other Player.

We both play an Tracking Gear, and you can only see one Hand (as a viewer)

I don't know. But if a viewer is supposed to view anyone's hand (with tracking gear), it should be supposed to view the hand's of both player. If not, then is it jet a bug too.
