Majiya cards for starting

Hey I'm pretty new and i was just wondering if there are any cards you guys would recommend as generally good for Majiya to start out with, for example some armors or weapons that fit well with her. The only cards I've bought so far are a couple Deathmage Thaddeus, as I read they're pretty good for shadow heroes. I also heard Ironhide Karash is a really good card, is that true?

Thanks, read the guide and now i have a pretty good idea of idea of what i'll get.
