ST didn't go to graveyard twice

Please check the replay of KA mcley vs MagicMan956Tx.
In T4, Zal (MagicMan956Tx) used ST to remove the CB on Garg, then the ST disappeared. In T5, Zal again used ST to remove Amber's BF, this ST again disappeared.
At first I thought it is a hack, but later I realized the total number of MagicMan956Tx's cards reduced by 2. And in these two turns, Zal's resource was correctly used.
I'm not sure how to define this problem, but there must be something wrong...

I met this bugs two days ago.
The difference is that missing card is MC. Opponent MC disappeared (not in graveyard) after casting.

In my game, Zal's MC was casted and placed into graveyard correctly.

MC disappears when targeted ally can't attack it's hero (due to Stealth or his atk is null, etc.)
