I think the rule is still not clear enough..

Player1 uses deck A in game 12 and deck B in game 34 when vs player2

and when player1 vs player3,does player1 need to use deck A in game 12,or he can use deck B in game 12？

You can use the decks in any order, you just have to use both and they must be the same. You can use deck A in game 12 vs player B, but you must use deck B in 34 and then use deck B in games 12 vs player C, but must use deck A in 34.. I hope that helps.

I'm ready to send my decks, but I don't think other players from my group are ready. I don't want to play before everyone has submitted their decks
Freegate and slowtown seem to be far away from me (GMT+X and I'm GMT-5), so I might play against them only this weekend.
Moreover, we are changing time this weekend, this will be a mess to schedule.

You will not use the automatic deck verification feature from SE? We were using a format like that:

with the deck builder from gondorian.... but I don't know if we have something more up to date than this version.
