The old timers on the forums have always been plagued with one annoying issue: the server clock was off and was steadily growing worse over the years. Several attempts to fix this based on support requests and knowledge bases had failed miserably because of server virtualization issues and legacy software, leaving people confused and uncertain about what time it really was. People were eventually resigned to the fact that they would have to accept that "Wulven Time" was slower than usual.
But today I'm happy to announce that after a gigantic effort involving linux kernel upgrades and special configuration files, the server clock has been freed and is now automatically synced to an offsite time server! We have also installed a watchdog script to restart the webserver process if it crashes, which had happened a few times in the past month causing an agonizing few hours of downtime for the forums.
Rejoice!
