How is this not buy to win to a certain degree? I've opened sooo many packs.. I have 35k of gold... but at this moment... the only way to get a Scourge... is to spend more money... or wait days for the next restock.

TCGs are pay to win in a certain degree, but having the option of not paying and just farming for it makes SE a good free to play game. How do you define buy to win/pay to win?

How is collecting ONE type of card which is spose to be hard to get win you the game??? Having him doesn't mean its pay to win o.o alltho...... I already have 4 :3

Having him doesn't mean your going to win either. I have to. One from stock and the other from market. He still dies fairly easiy

??? Well I'd like to use scourge... and I cant while others can. Is that not an advantage... you may not like the card but I think it is a great 6cc

Just because they can use something, doesn't mean it's advantage lol... I mean - I can use wooden staff, and if you don't have it - you can't, but that's not an advantage.

This is an area that frustrates me... Pay to Win would be if the cards were ONLY available if you spent money... or if they were entirely unreasonable to 'grind' for (they're not really). Truth be told, generally speaking - TCGs aren't necessarily 'pay to win'... they are flat out "pay to play" - as in most of them, you have to pay money to get the playsets, and you can buy the singles for cash, and it is cheaper to buy singles than to rip boosters (almost always at least) - Shadow Era is fairly unique in that there are many examples of people successfully 'grinding' instead of paying to get all the cards.
