The link should work now, originally had .ipk instead of .apk

On Android, go to Settings->Applications and make sure "Unknown sources" is checked
Connect to your computer with usb
Swipe down the menu bar at the top of the screen
Select "Turn on USB storage"
Then on your PC, you will see another drive show up, copy the .apk to that drive
Eject the drive on your PC (right-click and Eject)
Back on Android, tap on "Turn Off" to turn off usb storage
Use a file browsing program on Android to view the memory card, and select ShadowEra.apk to install
Whew, sounds complicated but you get used to it

EDIT:
I checked the the option "Unknown Sources", installed the app, it starts to install, but in the end the message "App not installed" shows up.
