I would try and find a place for one more Spectral Sabre, since the key to a rush deck being successful, if it does get stifled - is denying your opponent of draw or that annoying enrage. +There will be times when you will want to remove your own Blood Frenzy cause otherwise you might burn down before you get a chance to finish.

And I am not a big fan of the war banner myself to be honest, it takes away way too much tempo. But if it's your preference go ahead.
