Healing Touch Issue

So I think it has been mentioned before but since I encountered this yesterday (and it cost me the game) I feel like pointing this out once more.
If you have an ally dissabled (anklebreaker, clinging webs, Eladwen's ability etc) and you cast Healing Touch the ally becomes active but you cannot attack. A workaround includes playing another move first, then the healed ally can attack properly, but if healing him is your last action your ally will not be able to attack or use abilities

Bump. Happens to me about every single time I use healing touch to clear a negative effect.
