Mac app does not open

It just doesn't. I get an error pop up saying the app quit unexpectedly. It does this every time I click to open Shadow Era.

The last time you opened Shadow Era, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again?
If you choose not to reopen windows, you may have to open and position the windows yourself

(The above message then disappears and this one pops up in its place)

Click reopen to open the application again. This report will be sent to Apple automatically.

Do you get this message before or after you get to choose resolution options? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

Upon clicking on the app, that series of messages begin. No other screens ever open. I never get to choose the resolution.

I've uninstalled and re installed many times. I even tried the older app (with Nishaven as the app image), but neither work. I am able to play on my iphone 5 and on the web just fine.

Hmmm, it might be a resolution problem then. I'm not really an expert, but try changing your monitor's resolution to 640x480 or 1280x720 and try launching the game again. If that doesn't work, I'm not certain what else to try.

The change of resolution didn't do anything.

I have yet to hear back from the support team.

was playing fine few days ago when this happen

try reinstalling the app but doesnt work
