Suggestions for the Deck Building feature of the game

Just my suggestion and thoughts... Wouldn't hurt to try

The current deck builder lists cards in our deck horizontally. I was just thinking if putting in some columns would make it easier to keep track of deck contents and deck building. For example:

Column 1: Available Cards in your collection
(Should come with filter options (Humans, Shadow, Allies, Abilities, Artifacts, etc.)

***Columns 2-4 would be for the current deck being edited***
(Should come with filter options for Casting Cost; Sub-Totals to keep track of the number of cards)

Column 2: ALLIES
Column 3: ABILITIES
Column 3: ARTIFACTS

The widest column would be the 'Available Cards in your Collection'.
The width of the other columns should be distributed evenly.
So, instead of having to scroll painstakingly from left to right, players can have the option of browsing their deck and library by scrolling up or down (which is the usual practice for websites).

Interesting idea, I think this would make a lot of sense.

However, you can only see three cards in your collection at one time, which makes it annoying to scroll through a potential 352 cards to find the one you need. I like being able to see items and abilities separate though (the example you showed was nicely made), that would be very convenient to deckbuild.

I'll come up with a sample with the cards a little smaller so we get to see more cards in the categories. The size in the image was based on the actual size of the cards in the existing Deck Builder. I will make one sample where the size of the cards are smaller like the ones in the MERCHANT's Buy and Sell section

I've revised my design and layout based on the ideas provided by Jeremy Ryan. Just click the image below to view it or enlarge it. Changes made in the suggestions I'm posting:

1. Cards are smaller in size so as to accommodate more cards
2. Included Filter Options underneath each header
3. Library Card section holds more cards as compared to the other sections for easier viewing of player's card collections

These are just suggestions. Enjoy!

Keep in mind that this game is for tablets and phones too...If the cards are too small, people will have some trouble with smaller touch screen

Well, I guess the developers can think of something to make it also user-friendly for smart phones and tablets if they were to implement some changes. These are just ideas in the hopes of contributing to the game. They did a good job with this. I hope the improvements continue to roll out

I think a simple search function would help a lot aswell, both in deck-building and in the store.
