Spirit Warden didn't get into the play when Snare Trap activated.
Why the result was trap activated, SW didn't get removed?

The trap activated because the conditions were met to set off snare trap. However, Snare Trap removes allies from the game and Spirit Warden has steadfast which prevents him from being removed from the game. Thus the trap sprung, but was unable to remove Spirit Warden, so it just fizzled away without doing anything.

Well, that's disappointing. Makes sense, though. I just hate fizzling cards.

Yep I used Spirit Warden to tech Snare Trap.
Buried Treasure of Nanana
Warrior of the Blue Phoenix/ Greatness, Reborn
My tournament achievements
"Steadfast" - the ally can only be removed from play if it is killed
"Snare Trap" - When an opponent summons an ally.....
So, I was thinking about, Snare Traps should activate and remove SW,
just before he enters the play after SW got summoned .
Does this make more sense?
Or traps don't work like "Instant"/ "Intercept" in MTG (freeze the time and solve instantly)?

Summon means "put a card in play from your hand." If you summon a card, it is, by definition, in play. Nothing can interrupt a summon, not even traps. And once Spirit Warden is in play, i.e., as soon as it has been summoned, it has Steadfast and cannot be removed from play.

I mixed the concept with other games as long as they have a concept like "Successful summoning" and "Summoning fail" (caused by counter act and can't get into the play), and I'm always thinking about the word "Summon" means "Say the magic spells, activate the magic power, an ally appears magically". LOL
Thanks for all your replies!
