    Miloboy's case was quite unusual and complicated, which was the reason for the delays and confusion (which I explained to him in detail). Normally we aim to answer requests within 24 hours.

    Perhaps, but would it be a problem to respond quickly: "Dear Mr. Miloboy, your query is both unusual and complicated. We are researching it now, and will try to have a more detailed answer in a week's time." And then follow up with more info and more precise timeline as it becomes available?

    The present system has even simple queries ignored utterly - at least from the players' viewpoint - for two weeks of total silence, regardless of how many times they re-send, attempt to follow up, or escalate to your email.

    Thank you - and Customer Support - for ultimately responding and addressing my concerns. But fourteen days of silence left me wondering just how broken your email and your business practices really were....

    The last and only time I requested support (and it was during AnAdolt being in charge), I was waiting for reply for two weeks, so I'm not sure about your last statement.

    Also I wish the letter started like this: "Hand in there, bud!", "Hello guy" is just neither here, nor there.
