This ally cannot attack. When an oposing ally is destroyed attach it to Charon the Ferryman. Charon the Ferryman gains attack and health equal to the total attack and health of the equipped allies
5cc-destroy Charon the Ferryman. When Charon the Ferryman is destroyed by this effect target opposing hero takes damage equal to attached allies total attack and all atached allies are removed from the game

Definitely under-powered.
Need 10cc in all to do very limited damage to opponent hero only, and his 5 hp make him very easy to be killed before he can do any worthy damage with his 5cc ability.

That depends on whether the allies attached to him go to graveyard or remove from game after he's dead.
