Old shadow era and Shadow Era: Dark prophecies problem for iPhone 5

I already had the old shadow era in which i made some deck purchases but when i downloaded Shadow Eraark Propheciec the cards that i had in the old shadow era were not there.I have no idea what to do.Please help!!!

Double-check to make sure the email address you used to login is the correct one and that you haven't misspelled it.

check if there's a spaceboard typed after your e-mail address if you copy and paste it.

I don't get how creating a new account and logging in an existing one is in the same place. #Fail

If you gave your in-game name for your old account, I could look it up. There's nothing under "Jas0on" or the email you are using for this forum account.

As others have said, the issue is likely to be that you did not use the exact same email address for the new app as the old app, so it made a new account.
