Nobody is forcing you to continue playing Shadow Era. If you think the physical cards were an unhealthy decision, either ignore any post about them or go play another game. Meanwhile, the people who support the physical cards will continue to do so as they see fit.

It will act like stock market where you buy and sell cards instead of shares. You pick your Bid (Buy price) for cards you want and your Ask (Sell price) for cards you don't want. Transactions happen automatically when a Buy and Sell match up.

Yes, you will be able to trade foils on there too.

Yes, you can still buy with gold in the new system.

You can spend spare gold on meltdown at the moment, if you already have 4 of each card. But saving to buy foils on card market is another option.

You will get the SC code for the digital version if you pre-order . You can say that they are just encouraging you to spend money to the game to get physical cards as a bonus

It's great the physical aspect of the game is really heating up - not sure if you folks are looking to expand into like collectible game shops and what not, but do a google search for "Battlegrounds" in Massachusetts and "Scholars" in Massachusetts, too - they seem to run almost primarily on Magic The Gathering, so a little new blood would likely be totally welcome, and I'd have something to talk about when I'm at those places and everyone else is referring to some expansion I've never heard of.

On the subject of physical pre-orders and digital bonuses, I really love the idea of digital promo cards, but wish they *could* be used in ranked. Obviously this 'human' ally is a bit overpowered for that, but I'd be more inclined to spend money with an eye toward a promo card if it was something I could use in a ranked match.

That said, keep up the good work, and I look forward to playing the physical game in a real hobby shop some day in the future soon!
