Help with Lance Deck!

Hello guys, nice to meet you. I have been playing SE for a couple of months now. And I would like to have some help with my first attempt to build a Lance deck. Here is the list:

Hero: Lance Shadowstalker

Allies:

3x Champion of Irum
2x Nightshade
3x Aldon the Brave
3x Jasmine Rosecult
3x Lily Rosecult
2x Armored Sandworm
2x Aeon Stormcaller

Itens:

2x Black Garb
4x Anklebreaker
3x Spelleater Bands
3x Ill-Gotten Gains

Abilities:

3x Assassination
4x Stop, Thief!
4x Treasured Heirloom

Total: 41 cards + Hero

Any help will be appreciated.

Looks pretty typical. I would suggest to take out Sandworm and lily and put in x4 raven.

Okay. Thank you Yvan. Did just what you said and helped a lot! Raven Wildheart helps me a lot to control the board. But even tough I felt the difference I still think this deck needs more tweaking.

So after a couple of games I have made some changes:

-1 Treasured Heirloom
-1 Spelleater Bands
+1 Black Garb

I did this to help me with super ultra rush decks! And for some reason after I began playing with this Lance Shadowstalker deck I have just one match against a Mage player. Another thing I would like some help is that most of the time I feel that I'll Gotten Gains is not enough to help me with draw, and Tresured Heirloom is useless(my personal opinion)! almost all the time I sac it.

Any suggestion on how to fix the draw problem that this deck has? I have been thinking for a while in trying Taintened Oracle or Night Owl, but both are indirect draw too, so I don't know if it will make any difference.
