What about making the rule to be: You can only have 1 outstanding challenge at a time. Once a challenge is completed, you are free to issue a new challenge.

I think 7 days and only one challenge is a bit too much restriction, that way a player can only play 5 games a month, make possible to have 2 challenges a time

If you can complete your challenge within 2-3 days, you can proceed with the next one. The 7 days rule is only for opponents who went AWOL and never respond.

For example:

BDK challenges Zhou on 18/6/2013, Zhou responded and they both play on 19/6/2013.
After that match, BDK challenges Superman on 20/6/2013. Its allowed.

But I understand ocnarb's concern: What if my opponent went AWOL? That means I have to wait till 7 days before I can issue a new challenge.

Interesting. Quick question. Lets say I am in 10th position, I win a fight against 1st place holder and move up 5 spots. I am now in 5th place. But what happens to the current person in 5th place?And how does bumping work. The person in 1st now drops to 2nd. Does 2nd position move to first?

Yes, and I knew once you played a game you could already play another, but I was more concerned in people camping the ladder by only playing a game each 7 days, after thinking a little more, in this ladder camping is not really effective
