Which one is better for a Rogue deck and why?

Personally, I'd go with Lily

over P&R. It's unlikely your opponent will have anything better than Anklebreaker to steal, and for just one extra cc cost you get a 3/4 ally on the field - P&R doesn't have any field presence and can't help with immediate board control. Overall, I think you can benefit more from Lily

, though P&R certainly has its uses

I'd agree. Lily

is better. P&R is quite handy in Meltdown games, when you can steal a useful item from opponents graveyard.

With rogue's ability to destroy any item, P & R would be a good complement to get that tome or KP or Infinity Core

. However, it is a loss of tempo most times.

I personally only use P&R, so often Lily

could only return a Black Garb or a Fan of Blades when i wanted the Anklebreaker

.. Also, combined with AB

I think it all depends on which type of deck you are using. If you are using a more solo deck with Serena

playing P&R might be better since you might have little to no allies to support her making her an easy target, at least P&R you have saved one resource and can pick any item in your graveyard. If your style is more about controlling the field with the presence of allies than Lily

is probably the way to go. She will give you that an additional ally and since the deck's strategy is not about weapons more than likely the only item you have is Anklebreaker
