Do you really need 3x Kelvin's Charm?

It is a completely dead draw before you have VoW in play. But you only have 3x VoW in your deck.

BTW, I know the theme is ice and freeze. However, do the 4x Urigon do enough for you to justify their inclusion?

The theme itself is not very strong, but I'm finding the composition suitable so far. It's a fairly recent build without much testing given it's lack of strength.

I've actually been working on a similar build, though not nearly as ice centered. Voice of Winter and Frosted Urigon are a decent combo if you can protect it. However, so many builds are packing answers for the weapon. My version is more of a rush deck, that uses VoW and Urigon as clean up after turn 5. It really takes people by surprise to go from playing allies turns 2, 3, and 4, to going to VoW on turn 5. I then switch to direct damage and Urigon to go for the finish. It still isn't as strong as some builds, but it has a surprise factor. I'm not using Thoughtful Investment, Kelvins Charm, Shatter Ice, or even Snow Sapphire. I am packing Retreat to send any allies back to opponents hand after VoW is on the board. I'm also packing a couple Lay Line Nexus to get rid of any pesky armor or weapons that will slow me down after turn 5. Still has a long way to go, but I am having a little fun trying to design it.

Here is my actual list if you wanted to see where I'm going with it. I like Voice of Winter for one reason, it stops the opponents tempo in its tracks if they don't have an answer for it, and if they do, it takes a turn away to get rid of it. It is also very good against Majiya if you drop it the turn after she drops the first portal. Not really the most competitive deck, but it is fun to play. I'm also not running Supernova as you can see, but the threat of it is real enough to stop opponents from dropping all their allies quickly, which allows the VoW to have a good effect.

    Eladwin

    Allies:19
    4- Champion of Irum
    2- Puwen Bloodhelm
    3- Aldon the Brave
    3- Jasmine Rosecult
    2- Layarian Seductress
    2- Tainted Oracle
    3- Frosted Urigon

    Damage:7
    4- Fireball
    3- Lightning Strike

    Utility:13
    3- Tome of Knowledge
    2- Consuming Fear
    3- Retreat
    3- Voice of Winter
    2- Lay Line Nexus

Still working on some things, but I don't foresee it having top end ability, however it is annoying and rather entertaining.

Urigon is bad in this deck. Almost all heroes have some very popular choices of cards that will be either useless or much less valuable other than against Urigon.

Why would you give opponent a chance to use these otherwise dead cards in his deck?

    Warriors - CB
    Hunters - SS
    Mages - CF
    Priests - TW
    Wulvens - CP
    Rogues - assassination/Ab + IGG
    Elementals - MC

Urigon is as useful a card in this deck than any other.

How is Thoughtful Investment working for you? I'm having a hard time guessing why does this card cost 500g, very hard...

I foresee some problems when facing solid solo decks, or popular control decks that can turn into "solo mode" easily (Zhanna and Zaladar mainly). You need more damage sources.

Have updated OP with the latest version of this deck.

The purpose of this build is to find a deck that works with Shatter Ice, and so far it seems fairly competitive, not just for fun.

Just played a match and exiled 6 Moonstalker undead allies including 3 Shadow Knights for the win.

I have a similar deck to yours but I find it rather weak against solo warriors or hunters and rogues who can steal your cards.
