Intermittent data timeouts with the Mac app

I'm running the Mac executable version of ShadowEra 1.24. About once out of every ten matches I'll encounter the quit timer with what looks like a Wifi icon with a red bar through it. Which implies a dropped wifi connection. While in this state the game is frozen.

My connection appears to be good: time machine wasn't running, I was able to launch Safari and navigate to a web page, etc., all after this occurs.

Eventually the timer runs out (even if I click on a card or pan about with the camera) and I'll lose the match.

MacBook Air, 1.6 GHz, SSD, Mac OS 10.6.7 (although I've seen it on 10.6.6)

Also I've seen this happen on a couple of occasions with the iPad app too.

I am having these problems on my ipod touch as well. It's not often enough to make me quit using it, and I don't care about the losses on my record, but it's annoying to be in the middle of a good game and it crashes or times out.

I have been having this problem for a long time. I lose a lot of matchs because the game just times out. I get the "cannot connect to the database" error. When this happens my internet is always still up and running, i check it everytime.

Having the same problem. Also, it freezes a lot, probably 10-20 percent of my games and the only way to get out is to either quit or get the other player to agree to a draw.
