REQUIREMENTS:


1. This tournament is for ACTIVE players who registered on SE forums before June 2013.
2. You need to be able to play on the Live Server.
3. You need to be able to meet the tournament's schedule.
4. 40 card decks (hero included) as minimum.


REWARDS:


1. First place wins 1000 SC*.
2. Second place gets 500 SC*.
3. The tournament is sponsored by Wulven!

* - at least, depends on the number of games actually played!


RULES:


1. Fairness above all (you are not allowed to exploit any known bugs).
2. This is a single elimination Bo2 tournament with deck-lock each round.
3. Pair-ups for each round will be random.
4. The first 16 players eligible to participate will join the tournament (the rest will be put on the reserve list).
5. Winning 2:0 gets you to the next round, 1:1 makes you play an extra round against a different opponent & losing... well, you know!
6. Report the results stating the heroes used for the games! Also if you play 1:1, you need to change your hero for the next games!
7. I'll work in this NOT as a permanent checker of all the games, but as an intervention guy. Meaning that I will be a referee, should that be required by one of the participants of the game in question.
8. Any exceptions to these rules, not predicted here, will be decided on the run, by TO (myself), so feel free to contact me, should you have any questions!
9. The winner will be the one with the biggest possible number of 2:0 wins!

A. A sync error will have to be replayed unless a player concedes (with the same starting sequence and decks).
B. A frozen game will have to be replayed unless a player concedes (with the same starting sequence and decks).
C. If a player is disconnected during a game, the victory goes to the other player unless BOTH players agree to replay or a player concedes.
D. Being unable to comply results in replacement by a reserve player in Round 1 and auto-loss on further stages (unless you have a reeeaaally good reason for that and inform me in good time)!
E. All the players that intend to play their games on the last day for Round 1 MUST report the scheduled time of play (or state that they're unable to reach their respective opponents), otherwise the participants of such games will be replaced by reserve players or those I find on IRC (with the signed up reserve players having an advantage over the rest)!
F. If you encounter a new bug during a game, you are allowed to replay it and adjust your deck, if necessary (given you provide a detailed report on the bug and link your post in the thread).


A word of advice: you might want to check the pair-ups for the next round on the day following the deadline for the previous round to be on the safe side!
