In a game right now that won't end

I'm playing on account Sertality, vs ********* it's been his turn for about 40 minutes and there's no time out, no error message, and I can still post chat responses. I'm playing meltdown and I will be winning next turn, please use your magical admin powers and move the game along to the next turn so I can win and go on with my life. PS, please fix the auto draw hacks...

It's a bug. I've had it happen to me that someone left the game by closing the app or something similar and instead of it ending, I'm just stuck there. I did notice though, that I got credited for the MD points already even while I was still in the game. Not sure if I got the gold. Though. I quit and it said I lost and got 50 Xperia but when I look at my history, it shows that I won.
