    WTH happened with my account??

    I stopped playing for few months, decided to install the game to check how it runs on the new phone, entered my email and password and it offers me to select a hero and create a new deck.

    Where are all my cards? Where is my gold? Can't even find email of tech support on the site.

    are u sure u have input the right email and password?

    I think I know what would have happened. Something similar happened to me when I changed my phone.
    If you are using an android, there is a possibility that the phone automatically provided a space after you entered your email.
    Eg: if your email is: xyz@gmail.com
    it would probably have entered: xyz@gmail. com

    Please see if this is the case. If this is not the case, email your problem at support@shadowera.com.

    It's 99% certain that you keyed in the wrong login email. What you describe is how a new account begins; which is exactly what happens when you key in the wrong login email: the server thought it's a new player registering a new account.

    That was exactly the case. Phone automatically added space after dot. Very tiny difference, didn't spot it after several checks. Thank you!

    Several problems after login, update freezing, couldn't connect to server for a long time, yadda yadda, but it appears it's finally working. I'll give the game a go one of these days.
