Why isn't his attack just four? What is the difference?

So he hits heroes for only 2. Probably a few other interactions affected.

If you run KP, and he hits for 4 like you suggested, that would be an instant 6 damage burn for 5cc. Too good for warrior to finish off your opponent.

Cuz he only does 2 damage when attacking a Hero

Also, if he is hit by Raven and there is an Aldo's on board, he will do 3 damage instead of 0 if he had 4 attack.

It's mostly because he hits the hero for 2 attack I think

As others have suggested, a 4/4 hasted ally is too much when used to swing at the hero. Imagine if the hasted Boris archetype ran him. With KP+Aldon+War Banner that's an 8 damage swing for 5 (in a single card mind you).

Yeah it's pretty much as others have said. This guy poppin out hasted to beat on your hero in certain decks would be devastating.
